Job summary

Hirea Group Bhuana is seeking a Mandarin Translator to support the Production Management team. The role involves accurate Mandarin–Indonesian translations for verbal and written communications and assisting with production activities.

You will translate production instructions and reports, coordinate with multiple departments, and maintain administrative documents. Fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian is required, with 1–2 years in related roles, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and Indonesian fluency in speaking and writing.
• 1–2 years in translation, production admin, or similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian and Indonesian–Mandarin translation for verbal and written communication.
• Assist Production Management with daily production activities and coordination.
• Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees on production matters.
• Translate production instructions, reports, SOPs and other work-related materials.
• Monitor production processes, schedules, targets, and operational activities with management.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain production-related reports and admin documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, Engineering and other departments as needed.
• Attend meetings and provide interpretation to ensure clear communication.
• Follow up on production-related tasks and provide updates to management.
• Perform general administrative duties to support Production Management.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and management matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing terminology.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
