Job summary

Swarna Hutama Loka (SHL) in Bali seeks a Transformational Manager to translate strategy into measurable improvements across people, processes, systems and operations. This role works closely with the Director of Strategy & Transformation to simplify and future-proof the business.

You will lead process improvement, map workflows, monitor KPIs, and oversee projects from concept to implementation, while exploring AI, automation and digital tools to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is highly preferred; other relevant fields acceptable.
• 4–7 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of process mapping, project management, data analysis, KPI/dashboards, and continuous improvement.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Learning agility, curiosity, and a strong business mindset.
• Comfortable using AI tools and interested in automation and emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute business process improvement across functions.
• Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to discover gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee transformation projects from idea through implementation.
• Explore and implement AI, automation, and digital tools in business workflows.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, project milestones, and transformation progress.
• Collaborate with Finance, People & Culture, Business Development, Production, and other functions.
• Coordinate with consultants, agencies, technology partners, and solution providers.
• Support change implementation and ensure improvements run sustainably.
