Job summary

Lemonilo is seeking a dynamic Transformation & Growth leader in Indonesia to drive strategic initiatives and translate priorities into actionable roadmaps. You will work closely with the VP of T&G and Co-CEOs to deliver measurable business impact across the organization.

In this Chief of Staff–style role, you will oversee cross-functional projects, monitor progress, and foster an agile culture focused on profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
• 3–6 years of progressive work experience in relevant domains
• Exposure to international business or export regulations is preferred
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect strategy to measurable impact
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, risk management and change management skills
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication capabilities
• Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and resistance to change
• Has a CEO mindset and ambition to grow into broader leadership

• Develop and drive a strategic transformation roadmap focused on profitability and operational excellence
• Translate leadership priorities into clear initiatives, action plans and measurable outcomes
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with long-term business goals
• Lead cross-functional business process improvement initiatives from concept to execution
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance across functions
• Mitigate organizational risks and navigate change effectively
• Engage stakeholders across levels and foster an agile, change-ready culture
• Analyze international opportunities and export considerations to guide growth
• Support executive leadership in coordinating and following up on strategic priorities
