Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia seeks an experienced Team Lead to drive strategy projects across BPR, DX, and Operation Excellence. You will lead internal teams, coordinate with client stakeholders, and shape actionable insights through market research and competitive analysis.

The role requires mentoring junior consultants, strong communication, and a drive to continuously learn and develop within a dynamic consulting environment in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience working in a business consulting firm.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Team Lead role within a consulting environment.
• Exposure to multiple industries and business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to lead hypothesis-driven approaches and data-based analysis.
• Demonstrates high integrity, curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop as a consultant.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Passion for developing, mentoring, and managing team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team lead of strategy projects (such as BPR, DX, Operation Excellence), manage internal teams and coordinate client stakeholders across business units and functions.
• Develop insights and strategic recommendations through in-depth market research, market needs and competitive analysis, etc.
• Design and implement BPR/DX/Operation Excellence Assessment & Recommendation, Cost Benefit Analysis, Implementation Roadmap, Change Management, PMO).
• Facilitate executive workshops and board-level presentations to align key stakeholders on strategic directions.
• Team Building through mentoring and coaching junior consultants and analysts in daily work and long-term development.
• Self-development: Continue learning and developing new skills to support the company's upcoming projects.
