Job summary

Lemonilo is seeking a dynamic Transformation & Growth leader in Indonesia to drive strategic initiatives and translate priorities into actionable roadmaps. You will work closely with the VP of T&G and Co-CEOs to deliver measurable business impact across the organization.

In this Chief of Staff–style role, you will oversee cross-functional projects, monitor progress, and foster an agile culture focused on profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
• 3–6 years of progressive work experience in relevant domains
• Exposure to international business or export regulations is preferred
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect strategy to measurable impact

As a Transformation & Growth team, you will play a key role in driving strategic transformation and business improvement initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the VP of T&G and Co-CEOs, you will help translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, lead cross-functional initiatives, navigate organizational change, and provide strategic insights to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute a strategic transformation roadmap focused on improving profitability, operational excellence, and overall business performance.
• Translate leadership priorities into clear initiatives, action plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor progress and ensure transformation initiatives remain aligned with the organization’s long-term business ambitions.

Process Improvement & Execution

• Lead cross-functional business process improvement initiatives from conceptualization through execution and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance across functions.
• Ensure each initiative delivers measurable and sustainable business impact.
• Identify potential operational risks, execution challenges, and internal resistance to change that may impact transformation initiatives.
• Develop practical mitigation strategies and support stakeholders in navigating organizational change.
• Ensure transformation initiatives are implemented smoothly while minimizing potential negative impact.

Stakeholder Engagement & Culture Building

• Build effective and persuasive communication with stakeholders across different levels and functions.
• Navigate the human side of transformation by fostering alignment, ownership, and collaboration.
• Help cultivate an agile, adaptable, and change-ready organizational culture.

International Strategy & Advisory

• Analyze international business opportunities, trends, and relevant export regulatory considerations to support business growth initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Co-CEOs on potential business expansion and growth opportunities.

Chief of Staff Function

• Act as an extension of the executive leadership team in driving strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Connect leadership priorities with day-to-day execution, ensuring strategic projects and operational activities remain aligned.
• Support the Co-CEOs and VP of T&G in coordinating and following up on key strategic initiatives and business priorities.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Candidates from any academic background are welcome if they demonstrate an exceptional track record of leadership or achievement.
• 3–6 years of progressive work experience, preferably in Management Consulting, CEO Office, Transformation/Change Management, Risk & Compliance, or as a proven changemaker.
• Exposure to international business, global business trends, or basic export regulations is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategic initiatives with broader business objectives and measurable impact.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, risk management, and change management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
• Highly adaptable, with the ability to unlearn existing approaches and quickly relearn and apply new ways of working.
• Ambitious, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, challenges, and resistance to change.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and drive to create meaningful business impact.
• Has a strong CEO mindset, with the ambition to grow into broader business leadership responsibilities.
