Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project or programme management, ideally with broad orchestration or staff-function character.
• Track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives in an international environment, ideally outside the HQ.
• Strong systems thinking, structuring ability, and senior stakeholder management.
• People leadership experience with a small, high-leverage team.
• Sufficient technical literacy in enterprise systems and digital initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted thought partner to the MD on operational and transformation topics.
• Structure, govern, and oversee the local project portfolio across initiatives.
• Act as the local point of contact for central IT in Germany.
• Manage selected high-priority projects to ensure clarity and timely delivery.
• Lead and develop the on-site IT team promoting service-minded working.
