Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia is seeking an experienced project management professional to lead IT and operational transformation initiatives. You will drive cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes strategic problem solving, adherence to PM methodologies, and ongoing people development in a dynamic consulting environment. Office-based position in Indonesia with collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Leadership Character, Fast Learner, Solution Oriented, Proactive, Presentable, Good communication and reporting skill.
• Logical Thinking, Has own opinion (not messenger character).
• Proactive mindset to continuously improve daily work, teamwork, and efficiency using AI adaptation is a plus.
• Work from Office Environment.
• Experienced in Consulting Company or Finance industry, specializing in Operation and IT transformation.
• Experience in overall project management with proven track record and up-to-date industry practices.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze data and derive hypotheses logically.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill; able to discuss with Clients at equivalent level.
• Integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things as a professional consultant.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
• Have technical background or capability is a plus (bridge between technical and business). We are not looking for technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead project teams proactively, ensuring smooth execution, adherence to timelines, and successful delivery of IT and operational transformation projects.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project health/status and provide timely progress reports to supervisors and stakeholders.
• Problem Solving & Strategy: Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and propose actionable issue resolutions and monitoring approaches.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Proactively communicate with clients and business partners to build strong relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Foster an open, collaborative, and positive communication atmosphere among project teams and external parties.
• Methodology Adherence: Standardize and ensure quality of deliverables based on ABeam Project Management methodology.
• People Development: Commit to self-improvement and mentoring team members, including AI adoption and best practices.
