Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a Product Sales professional in Jakarta to drive revenue through transaction banking solutions for financial institutions and large corporates. You will lead engagements, tailor complex solutions, and coordinate with product, risk and legal teams to secure new mandates and deepen relationships.

The role requires extensive experience in transaction banking, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a BA in Finance or related field.

Qualifications

Proven track record in transaction banking sales or relationship management.
Deep knowledge of cash management, trade finance, custody, and securities services.
Experience closing high-value institutional deals and managing complex sales cycles.
Strong analytical, structuring and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills for C-suite stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate in a matrixed, multi-market organization.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by originating and executing transaction banking solutions for FI and NBFI clients.
Design and deliver tailored solutions addressing institutional client needs.
Lead client engagement, RFP processes, and high-impact client presentations.
Partner with Product, Operations, Risk and Legal to ensure delivery and compliance.
Analyze market trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities.
