Job summary

DBS is seeking a high-performing fintech-focused professional to lead transaction banking sales for Financial Institutions in Indonesia. You will drive revenue growth by selling Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Digital/API solutions to banks and digital fintech clients.

You will manage and deepen relationships with senior decision-makers, tailor complex solutions, lead RFPs, and collaborate with product, implementation, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and onboarding, while monitoring

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in transaction banking sales, relationship management, or solutioning, with FI and digital/fintech focus.
Deep knowledge of Cash Management, Trade Finance, and digital transaction banking products including APIs.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and structuring complex financial solutions.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with senior exec influence.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and market share for the Financial Institutions portfolio with Transaction Banking solutions.
Manage and deepen relationships with key decision-makers within bank and digital/fintech client segments.
Structure and deliver customized, complex transaction banking solutions tailored to FI needs.
Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding.
Lead RFP processes, client pitches, and negotiations to secure high-value mandates.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
