Qualifications

• Extensive experience in transaction banking sales, solutioning, or relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of clearing, custody, fund administration, cash management, and trade finance products.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value institutional deals.
• Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market share by originating and executing transaction banking solutions for Financial Institutions and Non-Bank Financial Institutions.
• Design and deliver tailored, complex solutions addressing institutional clients’ needs.
• Lead client engagement, RFP processes, and high-impact presentations to secure new mandates.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, and Legal to ensure delivery, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Analyze market trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
