Job summary

DBS Bank in Jakarta is seeking a results-oriented Product Sales professional for Global Transaction Services (GTS). You will originate and close Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions for Mid Cap and SME clients, driving revenue growth and expanding wallet share.

You will manage client relationships, collaborate with Relationship Managers, and develop tailored proposals and RFP responses while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk policies.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven track record in transaction banking sales.
• Strong understanding of Mid Cap and SME business landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring capabilities.
• Self-motivated team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by originating and executing Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions for Mid Cap and SME clients.
• Manage and deepen client relationships, identifying working capital needs and structuring solutions.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Product Managers, and Operations to deliver onboarding and service execution.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to acquire new-to-bank clients and increase wallet share.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pitch presentations, and RFP responses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies.
