Job summary

PT Sailun Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive employee training programs at our Semarang plant. You will design, organize and monitor annual and monthly training initiatives to ensure staff competency and safety compliance.

You will coordinate onboarding, skills training, and examinations while maintaining training records and materials. Collaboration between Chinese and Indonesian colleagues will be essential to deliver effective

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen with a bachelor’s degree or above.
• HSK Level 4 or above and ability to communicate in Chinese.
• At least 1 year of experience in training, HR or administration.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize and implement annual and monthly employee training plans.
• Coordinate new-hire training, job skills training and skill examinations.
• Maintain training records, exam results and related data.
• Update training materials, presentations and examination banks.
• Coordinate training communication between Chinese and Indonesian staff and support supervisor tasks.

Job description

• Develop, organize and implement annual and monthly employee training plans.
• Organize and follow up on new employee training, job skill training and skill examinations.
• Maintain and manage training systems, employee training records, examination results and related data.
• Organize, update and improve training materials, presentations and examination question banks.
• Coordinate training-related communication between Chinese and Indonesian employees and complete other training-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Indonesian citizen with a bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Education, Management, Chinese Language or related fields are preferred.
• HSK Level 4 or above, with the ability to communicate in Chinese and handle basic written Chinese; candidates with study experience in China are preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in training, human resources or administration; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with good data processing skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational and learning skills; responsible and able to adapt to a factory working enviroment.
