Job summary

PT Sany Heavy Industry Indonesia is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver programs for employees, technicians, operators, and customers. You will identify training needs, prepare comprehensive materials, and conduct technical sessions focused on heavy equipment and after-sales service.

Responsibilities include coordinating sessions, collaborating with Service, Technical, Sales, and HR teams, and monitoring training effectiveness while maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, HR, or related field.
• Experience in training, technical training, after-sales service, or heavy equipment industry preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment, machinery, automotive, mining, or construction equipment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of training needs analysis and training development.
• Good presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and organize training programs for employees, technicians, operators, and customers.
• Identify training needs based on job requirements and business needs.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments.
• Conduct technical and product training, especially related to heavy equipment, machinery, and after-sales service.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, both classroom and practical training.
• Work closely with Service, Technical, Sales, After-Sales, and HR teams.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and reports.
• Support the development of SOPs, technical guidelines, and training standards.
• Assist in organizing operator, mechanic, and technician certification programs.
