CATL seeks a Learning Technician to analyze departmental training needs and oversee ME course and lecturer system development. The role involves coordinating training progress across multiple ME bases, guiding improvements, and organizing daily sessions in alignment with department goals.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in technical/manufacturing roles, a degree in engineering or management, and strong MS Office skills. English fluency is required; Mandarin is a plus.
This role involves analyzing business development status and training needs within the department, promoting the construction of training systems, and overseeing the development and certification of the Group's ME course and lecturer systems. You will follow up on training progress across multiple bases, identify problem points, provide guidance and improvements, and organize daily training activities according to departmental needs.
Key responsibilities
Analyze the business development status of the department, identify training needs, and promote the construction of corresponding training system
Follow up the relevant training progress of each ME base of the group, identify problem points, and make guidance and improvement
Promote the certification of the Group's ME course system and lecturer system, optimize the training effect and improve the training quality
According to the needs of the department, specify the training plan, organize and carry out daily training
Analyze the problems according to the development of internal training in the department and make effective improvements
About you
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any engineering or management major
Minimum 1–2 years as a technical/manufacturing staff member (Fresh graduates with strong organizational experience or training project portfolios are welcome to apply)
Basic understanding of manufacturing operations or Mechanical Engineering (ME)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for data recaps and training reports, PowerPoint for presentations)
Clear and approachable communication skills, as the role requires coordinating frequently with various teams across different bases
Organized, detail-oriented, and tidy in managing training reports and attendee tracking
Proactive and willing to learn new things related to technical development and curriculum management
Fluent in English both written and verbal. Mandarin will be a plus
