Job summary

MateCareer is seeking a Training Operations Coordinator to oversee end-to-end training activities in Indonesia. You will schedule sessions, manage participant lists, coordinate trainers, and ensure certification processes are completed accurately.

You will also handle logistics such as venues, virtual platforms, materials, and equipment, while acting as the operational point of contact during trainings. The role includes post-training evaluations, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end training operations, including scheduling, participant management, trainer coordination, and certification.
• Ensure all training logistics and technical requirements are ready, including venues, virtual platforms, learning materials, and equipment.
• Act as the operational PIC during training sessions and provide timely support to trainers, participants, clients, and internal teams.
• Create, edit, and enhance presentation decks, training materials, and learning resources.
• Manage post-training activities, including evaluations, reports, documentation, and database updates.
• Monitor training performance and prepare reports to support continuous improvement of training operations.
