Job summary

NIIT is seeking a knowledgeable Training Consultant to join the Learning & Delivery team. You will analyze business requirements, design learning solutions, and deliver programs across classroom, virtual, and blended formats to empower employees and stakeholders.

You will create content, collaborate with leaders, monitor outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in delivery methods while ensuring adherence to quality standards and learning policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in training, learning consulting, or learning delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify training and development needs.
• Design, develop, and implement effective learning solutions and training strategies.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain training content, learning materials, assessments, and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Monitor learner performance, training effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in training delivery and learning processes.
• Support onboarding, upskilling, behavioral, technical, and process training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, learning policies, and operational guidelines.
• Utilize LMS platforms and digital learning tools for training management and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends, learning technologies, and modern instructional methodologies.
