Kredivo Group is seeking a Training Support Manager to assist in setting up, implementing, and monitoring training programs within the collection division. You will act as the communication bridge between management and collection operations and help define training strategies and materials.

The role emphasizes evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining learning systems or e-learning, and boosting training performance for trainers and participants, aimed at improving team productivity.

Formación

• Min. Bachelor degree in any field.
• Experience supervisor min.2 year in training and develop in collection, banking or financial services.
• Good communication.
• Preferred experience as assistant manager or supervisor.

Responsabilidades

• Support training manager to set up, implementation, and monitoring in the collection division.
• Act as communicator between manager and collection operations.
• Support to set up training strategy.
