Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor degree in any field.
• Experience supervisor minimum 2 years in training and development in collection, banking or financial services.
• Good communication.
• Preferred experience as assistant manager or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Support training manager to set up, implementation, and monitoring
• As communicator between manager and collection operational
• Support to set up training strategy
• Support for evaluation training effectiveness and learning system or e-learning
• Monitoring training performance both trainers and participant
• Provide regular training in the collection division
• Create and design training material and training process
• Support to improve and motivate the team to get better productivity
