Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an experienced Training Lead to direct the Collection Training team and standardize delivery across our field operations. You will coordinate training schedules, ensure trainers follow approved modules and SOPs, and collaborate with QA and field teams to identify skill gaps.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven evaluation, and delivering measurable improvements in performance.

Formación

• Min 5+ years of work experience in training, learning or similar position.
• Experienced min 3+ years in FMCG/Financial/Banking/Insurance industry.
• Understanding on TNA process & implementation.
• Having good communication and presentation skills and preferably ability to conduct training in English.
• Able to demonstrate strategic, innovative approaches to business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate training schedules and execution to align with field collections operational needs.
• Ensure training quality delivery by trainers following approved modules, SOPs and standards.

• Provide coaching and development for trainers.
• Prepare reports and improvement recommendations on training execution and outcomes.

You will manage and direct the Collection Training team to ensure consistent, effective, and standardized training delivery, thereby improving Field Collection agents’ competencies and contributing to thecompany’s collection performance targets.

• Manage training Team Operations, to ensure effective and consistent training delivery
• Coordinate Training schedules and execution to align with operational needs of field collections team.
• Ensure Training quality delivery by ensuring trainers deliver training aligned with approved modules, SOP and communication standards.
• Collaborate with QA team, Field Collection team, to identify skill improvement needed.
• Monitor and evaluate Training effectiveness by analyzing training effectiveness using participant performance data and QA scores and feedback.
• Provide coaching and development for trainers.
• Prepare reports and improvement recommendations referring to training execution, evaluation and outcomes.

We are looking for:

• Min 5+ years of work experience in training, learning or similar position.
• Experienced min 3+ years' experience of work in FMCG/Financial/ Banking/ Insurance Industry.
• Understanding on TNA process & Implementation.
• Having a good communication and presentation skills and preferably for being able to conduct training in English.
• Familiar and savvy using MS Office (Excell, Power Point, Visio (or any similar tool).
• Able to demonstrate strategic, innovation and creative approaches to business needs.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a high demand, fast paced and dynamic environment.
