Job summary

TAILG Indonesia is seeking a Training and Retail Support Specialist based at the Serpong Head Office to bolster dealer and store operations across Jabodetabek, Sumatera, West Java, and Central Java. The role requires frequent business trips to dealers and stores to train staff and evaluate performance.

The position involves developing training materials, delivering sessions for Sales Counter, Promotors, and Store Staff, and coordinating with Mandarin-speaking management as needed.

Qualifications

• Visit dealers and stores to monitor operations and provide follow-up.
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking management during training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare training materials, presentations, retail operation materials, and training reports based on business needs.
• Conduct training for Sales Counter, Promotors, Store Staff, and other retail teams covering product knowledge, selling skills, customer handling, and basic retail operations.
• Conduct dealer and store visits to monitor retail operations, identify operational challenges, and provide necessary follow-up.
• Ensure TAILG retail SOP, product presentation, store standards, and visual merchandising are properly implemented across assigned dealers and stores.
• Assist communication and translation between local employees and Mandarin-speaking management during training sessions, business discussions, and operational activities.
• Support promotional activities, sales events, new store openings, product launches, and other retail activities within the assigned area.
• Prepare reports regarding training activities, dealer/store visits, operational findings, performance evaluations, and follow-up actions.

TAILG Indonesia is a growing company in the electric vehicle industry. This position will be primarily based at the Head Office in Serpong and will be responsible for supporting TAILG dealers, stores, and retail teams across Jabodetabek, Sumatera, West Java, and Central Java. The role will involve frequent business trips to dealers and stores within the assigned area to conduct training, operational checks, performance evaluations, and other business activities.

Key responsibilities

Develop and prepare training materials, presentations, retail operation materials, and training reports based on business needs.

Conduct training for Sales Counter, Promotors, Store Staff, and other retail teams covering product knowledge, selling skills, customer handling, and basic retail operations.

Conduct dealer and store visits to monitor retail operations, identify operational challenges, and provide necessary follow-up.

Ensure TAILG retail SOP, product presentation, store standards, and visual merchandising are properly implemented across assigned dealers and stores.

Assist communication and translation between local employees and Mandarin-speaking management during training sessions, business discussions, and operational activities.

About you

Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major is an advantage.

Able to communicate in Mandarin (minimum HSK 4).

Previous experience in Training, Sales, Retail, Automotive, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or related industries is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Good presentation, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Able to drive a car and motorcycle and possess a valid SIM A & SIM C.

Be willing to travel frequently for business trips within Jabodetabek, Sumatera, West Java, and Central Java.
