Job summary

TAILG Indonesia is seeking a field-oriented Retail Operation to manage and grow our B2B business in the Medan area. You will visit dealers regularly, build strong relationships with store owners and crews, and drive sell-out through promotions and strategic guidance.

You will monitor stock and displays, train store teams, ensure brand standards, and report competitor activity while supporting dealers with campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school (SMA/SMK).
• Minimum 1 year experience as Promoter / Marketing / Sales.
• Willing to work in the field (mobile).
• Understand sales strategy and closing techniques.
