Job summary

Cakap seeks a results-driven Trainer Operations to oversee end-to-end teacher operations, optimize scheduling, onboarding, payroll recaps, and cross-department collaboration across B2B/Corporate projects. You will bridge Teacher Operations with Student Success, Business Development, Mitra Relations, and P&S to maintain service excellence.

• Experience in leading operations teams and scheduling workflows.
• Strong ability to enforce SLAs and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end teacher operations across scheduling, onboarding, and payroll recaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with BD, SS, Mitra Relations, and P&S.
• Monitor SLA adherence and resolve high-urgency issues with Product, Tech, and Management.
• Plan capacity, allocate resources, and manage trainer scheduling across segments.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of B2B/Corporate requests in collaboration with Mitra Relations.
