Ecomobi, Southeast Asia’s leading Creator Commerce ecosystem, is seeking a Trainer + Host Management for the Jakarta team. You will source, screen, and develop Livestream Hosts, design training programs, and coordinate day-to-day Host operations to support high-volume campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Host Management, Livestream Operations, Livestream Training, Creator Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, or related fields.
• Proven experience in training or coaching Livestream Hosts, with hands-on experience supporting daily livestreams and mega campaigns.
• Strong understanding of livestream sales, creator operations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English is preferred.

Host Recruitment & Talent Development

• Source, screen, and interview livestream Host candidates through recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Assess candidates’ communication, sales, and livestream capabilities.
• Coordinate onboarding and build a sustainable Host talent pipeline to support business growth.
• Develop career growth plans and continuously improve the quality of the Host team.

Host Training & Coaching

• Deliver onboarding and continuous training programs based on the company’s training curriculum.
• Provide theoretical and practical training on livestream sales, product knowledge, communication skills, and livestream best practices.
• Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and refresher training to enhance Hosts’ professional skills.
• Observe, evaluate, and certify Hosts’ competency upon completion of training programs.
• Provide regular feedback and personalized coaching to improve Hosts’ performance and confidence during livestream sessions.

Livestream Host Management & Operations

• Manage Hosts’ working schedules and allocate manpower to ensure sufficient coverage for daily livestreams and campaigns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth livestream execution and resolve operational issues.
• Track and verify Hosts’ attendance, working hours, campaign deliverables, and operational compliance.
• Support campaign execution and contribute to achieving business performance targets.

Performance Management

• Monitor and evaluate Host performance based on livestream KPIs, sales performance, and business objectives.
• Analyze performance data to identify strengths, improvement areas, and training needs.
• Handle performance-related issues and implement improvement plans where necessary.
• Ensure Hosts comply with company policies, operational standards, and livestream quality requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Livestream Operations, Business Development, Creative, Technical Support, Administration, and other stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, training schedules, and operational processes related to Hosts.
• Prepare reports, monitor operational metrics, and recommend process improvements to optimize team efficiency.

Competencies:

• 1–3 years of experience in Host Management, Livestream Operations, Livestream Training, Creator Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, or related fields.
• Proven experience in training or coaching Livestream Hosts, with hands-on experience supporting daily livestreams and mega campaigns.
