Job summary

By/Suka COLLECTIVE, a Bali-based hospitality group operating diverse dining venues across Uluwatu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, and Canggu, is seeking a Training Coordinator to standardize staff onboarding and ongoing training across multiple venues.

You will deliver product knowledge, service standards, and operational training, ensure SOP adherence, monitor performance, and develop materials. The role includes coaching, keeping training records, and preparing reports to support continuous improvement.
