A leading heavy equipment company in Indonesia is offering a 6-month Sales Representative Trainee program. This program includes in-class training at the Trakindo Training Center in Bogor, followed by on-the-job training. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma 3 degree, are max 30 years old, and may have up to 2 years of sales experience. Fresh graduates from engineering majors are encouraged to apply. Program Description

Sales Representative Trainee program is a 6‑month program designed to kickstart your career in sales. The program begins with comprehensive in‑class training at Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor, which aims to develop your essential sales skills and in‑depth product knowledge. Following the in‑class training, there will be on‑the‑job training where you will learn how to implement the knowledge gained. Upon successfully completing the program, you will step into your role as a Sales Representative and be deployed to one of our branches across Indonesia, starting your professional career in the Heavy Equipment industry.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma 3 degree. Open from all major, but preferably from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering major
• Max. 30 years old
• Having sales experience max 2 years from heavy equipment, banking, insurance, industrial material, or other related industries
• Open for fresh graduates from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering major.
• Have driving license (SIM A)
• Willing to be placed across Indonesia.

Trainee Program Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Three months intensive in‑class training at Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor. Trainee will learn about basic sales skills and product knowledge.
• Three months On the Job training at one of our branches
• Final Evaluation: At the end of the trainee program
• Post Graduation of the Trainee Program: Will be hired as Sales Representative and will be deployed to one of our branches across Indonesia.
