Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in All Major/ Engineering/ Sales Representative major.
• GPA minimum 2.75.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Fresh Graduates (External Candidates) / Heavy Equipment / Mechanic (Internal Candidates) / Salesman (External Candidates) / Service/ Equipment Management Analyst (Internal Ca/ Technician (Internal Candidtes)/ Warehouseman (Internal Candidtes)/ Working Experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop and present the final SRDP program learning progress to demonstrate overall learning achievement.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM system including call plans and call reports to support evaluation of sales readiness.
• Perform On the Job Training (OJT) rotations in assigned functions and coordinate with supervisors, mentors, and relevant teams to support comprehensive learning absorption and understanding of daily operations.
• Perform structured learning activities, including in class learning sessions, self-learning modules, and foundational skills development programs to build basic knowledge and selling skills and core competencies required for sales roles.
