Compensation
Base Salary 600 – 1000 USD/month (~IDR 10.689.000 –17.815.000 /month)*
Annual Bonus 13th-month salary
*USD/IDR exchange rate may fluctuate. Salary is paid in IDR at the prevailing rate.
1. Be responsible for local procurement & sales, implement department-level local business plans, and take accountability for individual business performance (trading volume & profit).
2. Develop and maintain local customer relationships, and deliver comprehensive business solutions for clients.
3. Collect information on local markets, clients and competitor transactions on a daily and weekly basis, conduct market analysis, and provide timely feedback to support department-wide decision-making.
4. Independently conduct business negotiation, quotation and contract signing. Perform order evaluation, end-to-end order tracking and risk control to ensure smooth trade execution up to full payment collection.
*Note: Candidates without order-following experience will undergo 3–6 months of order-processing training at the Hangzhou headquarters at the early stage.
