Job summary

Karofi Holding is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate offline activations across malls, retail stores, exhibitions, roadshows and events. The role ensures all activities align with brand strategy, promotional mechanics, and sales targets.

Key duties include creating activation briefs, coordinating with partners and stores, supervising on-site execution, and delivering post-event insights and reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Event, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Marcomm, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Field Marketing, Event Activation, Mall Exhibition, or related roles.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliance, water purifier, or retail is an advantage.
• Willing to visit retail stores, malls, exhibitions, and activation locations across Jabodetabek.
• Willing to support after-hours and weekend activation when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Microsoft Form or CRM, presentation tools, and basic design tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.
• Able to brief, supervise, and evaluate BA, promoters, and event manpower.
• Good command of conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate offline marketing activations across retail stores, malls, exhibitions, roadshows, and events.
• Ensure activations align with brand strategy, trade marketing objectives, promos, visual merchandising, and sales targets.
• Identify and approach co-branding opportunities with partners and ensure activities follow brand guidelines.
