Job summary

Want Want China is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager in Indonesia to lead the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives across General Trade and Modern Trade. You will work closely with sales and marketing to drive promotions, activations, and in-store programs that meet sales targets.

The role requires 2–4 years in marketing, preferably in FMCG, and solid knowledge of financial regulation, accounting standards, and tax laws. One position is available in Tangerang Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan for General Trade & Modern Trade aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with market execution and sales teams to ensure effective promotions and in-store programs.
• Manage the Trade Marketing budget and monitor spend.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to ensure successful launches and activations.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
