Job summary

PT. Karya Nuansa Bahagia seeks an Event Activation Coordinator to drive offline activations, exhibitions, and mall events from planning through execution in Surabaya. You will coordinate with malls, organizers, vendors, and internal teams to maximize on-ground sales and customer engagement.

The role requires 1–3 years in event management, strong communication and project coordination skills, and willingness to work weekends and travel. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

This role involves managing offline sales activations, exhibitions, and mall events from planning through execution. You will coordinate with malls, organizers, vendors, and internal teams while actively driving on-ground sales, customer engagement, and product promotion during events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline activations, exhibitions, mall events, and other sales activities.


• Coordinate with malls, organizers, vendors, and internal teams on event requirements and logistics.


• Act as the on-ground sales representative during events by engaging customers, presenting products, answering questions, and closing sales.


• Achieve event sales targets and identify opportunities to increase conversions and customer engagement.


• Coordinate booth setup, product displays, promotional materials, staffing, and event logistics.


• Monitor daily sales performance, customer feedback, and activation execution.


• Resolve on-site issues and ensure events run smoothly and according to company standards.


• Build and maintain relationships with malls, organizers, vendors, and other partners.


• Prepare post-event reports with sales results, insights, and recommendations for future activations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.


• 1-3 years of experience in event management, brand activation, trade marketing, retail activation, sales, or a related field.


• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and project coordination skills.


• Sales-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to identify opportunities during events.


• Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional travel.


• Proficient in Google Workspace.


• Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred.
