Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing is preferred.
Strong understanding of Trade Marketing, Event Management, Brand Activation, and Strategic Partnership.
Proven experience in developing and managing brand partnerships and collaboration programs.
Strong understanding of market research, competitor analysis, consumer insights, and business intelligence.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate market data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experienced in managing events and brand activation projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides; experience with data visualization or BI tools is an advantage.

Develop and execute Trade Marketing strategies and programs to support sales growth, product visibility, distribution, and channel performance.
Develop trade programs, promotions, and activation initiatives based on channel and customer needs.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure effective execution of trade programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of trade activities and evaluate their impact on sales, distribution, and brand visibility.
Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Identify opportunities to improve channel penetration, product visibility, and commercial performance.
Develop and manage event and brand activation programs aligned with company and brand objectives.
Manage the end-to-end event process, including concept development, planning, budgeting, vendor management, execution, and post-event evaluation.
Coordinate with internal teams, event organizers, vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders.
Ensure events are executed according to approved concept, budget, timeline, and brand standards.
Evaluate event performance based on relevant metrics such as attendance, engagement, leads, sales contribution, and brand exposure.
Identify opportunities to leverage events as a channel for customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships and brand collaboration opportunities with relevant brands, communities, platforms, institutions, and business partners.
Identify potential partners that align with the company’s target audience, brand positioning, and business objectives.
Develop partnership proposals, collaboration concepts, and mutually beneficial business models.
Lead negotiations related to commercial terms, deliverables, exposure, activation, and partnership benefits.
Manage partnership projects from initial approach, negotiation, execution, monitoring, to post-collaboration evaluation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.

Conduct post-activity reviews and identify opportunities for ROI improvement and process optimization.
Lead, coordinate, and develop the team within the Trade Marketing, Event, Partnership, and related functions as applicable.
Establish clear priorities, deliverables, and performance expectations for the team.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Finance, Product, and other departments to ensure alignment of initiatives.
Manage external agencies, vendors, event organizers, and strategic partners.
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
