Job summary

Asiacruit BPO, Inc. in Jakarta is seeking a Tools & Automation SME to manage and optimize the monitoring, ITSM, asset management, and automation ecosystem supporting its AI GPU infrastructure.

You’ll work with Kyndryl Bridge, GLPI, and IBM Netcool, integrating them with DCIM, GPU BMC monitoring, and other infrastructure monitoring systems, while driving automation and serving as a senior escalation point. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise monitoring, ITSM, or infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, event management, ticketing, or asset management tools.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, Ansible).
• Understanding of event correlation, incident workflows, asset/configuration management, and dashboards.
• Experience in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Familiarity with Kyndryl Bridge, GLPI, IBM Netcool is a plus.
• Exposure to data center, HPC, or AI/GPU infrastructure is an advantage.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Familiarity with Lark/Feishu, WeChat/WeCom, or DingTalk is an advantage.
• Good command of English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain monitoring, ticketing, and asset management platforms (Kyndryl Bridge, GLPI, IBM Netcool).
• Integrate operational tools with DCIM, GPU BMC monitoring, and server/network/storage/power/cooling systems.
• Configure monitoring and event management, including event correlation, suppression, and auto-ticket workflows.
• Maintain asset/config data, operational dashboards, and reporting.
• Automate repetitive activities using APIs, Python, PowerShell, Ansible.
• Develop automated workflows for ticket routing, health checks, and asset discovery.
• Maintain tools architecture documentation, integration specifications, monitoring matrices, SOPs, and recovery procedures.
• Apply appropriate security, access control, backup, and availability practices.
• Support L1, L2, and L3 teams in detecting, prioritizing, diagnosing, and resolving infrastructure incidents.

About the Role

Our client, an AI data center operator in Jakarta, is looking for a Tools & Automation SME to manage and optimize the monitoring, IT service management, asset management, and automation ecosystem supporting its AI GPU infrastructure.

You will work with enterprise tools such as Kyndryl Bridge, GLPI, and IBM Netcool, integrating them with data center infrastructure management (DCIM), GPU BMC monitoring, and other infrastructure monitoring systems. You will also drive automation and serve as the senior technical escalation point for the tools ecosystem supporting 24/7 operations.

What You’ll Do

• Configure, administer, and maintain monitoring, ticketing, and asset management platforms, including Kyndryl Bridge, GLPI, and IBM Netcool.




• Integrate operational tools with DCIM, GPU BMC monitoring, and server, network, storage, power, and cooling monitoring systems.




• Configure monitoring and event management, including event correlation, suppression, and automated event-to-ticket workflows.




• Maintain asset and configuration data, operational dashboards, and reporting.

• Support L1, L2, and L3 teams in detecting, prioritizing, diagnosing, and resolving infrastructure incidents.

What We’re Looking For
