Asiacruit BPO, Inc. is recruiting for a NVIDIA Certified SME Technical Specialist to advise on NVIDIA AI infrastructure for a Jakarta-based client.

The role focuses on consulting, deployment, and operation of NVIDIA-based AI systems, including LLM workloads, with a hands-on, practical emphasis. The successful candidate will act as the technical contact for NVIDIA infrastructure-related questions, delivering actionable recommendations, troubleshooting, and clear communication to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in NVIDIA AI infrastructure, GPU computing, LLMs, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, or operating NVIDIA-based AI infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of LLM technologies and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for NVIDIA infrastructure questions and consultations.
• Provide technical advice based on hands-on NVIDIA AI infrastructure experience.

About the Role

Our client, an AI data center operator in Jakarta, is looking for NVIDIA Certified SME Technical Specialists to provide technical consultation and practical guidance on NVIDIA AI infrastructure and large language models (LLMs).

You will serve as a technical point of contact for NVIDIA-related questions, drawing on your experience building, deploying, and operating AI infrastructure to help teams understand technical challenges and identify appropriate solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a technical point of contact for NVIDIA infrastructure-related questions and consultations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in NVIDIA AI infrastructure, GPU computing, LLMs, or related technical fields.

• Practical experience building, deploying, or operating NVIDIA-based AI infrastructure.

• Understanding of LLM technologies and the infrastructure supporting AI workloads.

• Relevant NVIDIA certifications, such as:

  • NVIDIA Certified Associate: AI Infrastructure and Operations.

  • NVIDIA Certified Associate: Generative AI LLMs.

  • Other relevant NVIDIA or AI infrastructure certifications.

• Ability to explain technical concepts and provide practical recommendations.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Good command of English (mandatory).
