Pro Integrate LLC is seeking a Tools & Automation SME in Jakarta to manage monitoring, ITSM, and automation for our AI GPU farm managed services. This role focuses on integrating Kyndryl Bridge, GLPI, IBM Netcool, and related monitoring tools across data center infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in enterprise monitoring, tools administration, systems integration, and automation, with strong English communication and hands‑on scripting in Python, PowerShell, and Ansible.

We are looking for a Tools & Automation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage and enhance the monitoring, ITSM, and automation ecosystem supporting AI GPU Farm Managed Services.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in enterprise monitoring, systems integration, ITSM, and operational automation, preferably within a data center, HPC, or AI/GPU infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, integrate, and maintain Kyndryl Bridge, GLPI Ticketing & Asset Management, and IBM Netcool.


• Integrate monitoring tools with DCIM, GPU BMC monitoring, and server, network, storage, power, and cooling monitoring systems.


• Configure event monitoring, correlation, suppression, automated ticket creation/routing, dashboards, and reporting.


• Develop operational automation using Python, PowerShell, Ansible, APIs, and other automation technologies.


• Automate health checks, asset discovery, reporting, alarm enrichment, and operational workflows.


• Maintain tool architecture, integration specifications, monitoring matrices, SOPs, and recovery procedures.


• Ensure tool availability, security, access controls, and reliable 24×7 infrastructure monitoring.


• Act as the L3/SME, supporting incident resolution and continuous improvement across the tools ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise monitoring, ITSM, tools administration, systems integration, or automation.


• Hands‑on experience with Kyndryl Bridge, GLPI, IBM Netcool, or similar enterprise monitoring and ITSM platforms.


• Experience integrating monitoring systems, ticketing platforms, APIs, and infrastructure management tools.


• Knowledge of scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, and/or Ansible.


• Understanding of event management, asset/configuration management, dashboards, and automated workflows.


• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and incident-management skills.


• Experience supporting 24×7 operational environments is highly preferred.


• Exposure to Data Center, HPC, AI/GPU infrastructure, or infrastructure monitoring is an advantage.


• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
