Job summary

PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to drive sell-out on TikTok Shop Official Stores. You will analyze sales performance, develop strategic plans, and optimize channels including Live Commerce, Affiliate programs, and Store Promotions.

You will build relationships with e-commerce platforms and creators, develop promotional programs, manage sales budgets, and monitor campaigns with data-driven insights to maximize overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce preferably in the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.
• Target-driven with strong communication skills and a proactive, ambitious mindset.
• Strong capabilities in sales activities, negotiation, and presentation.
• Excellent analytical skills; data-driven and proficient in spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel).
• Result-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to join as soon as possible (ASAP) and willing to follow Work From Office (WFO) policy.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sell-out targets for the brand’s Official Stores on TikTok Shop.
• Analyze sales performance and trends, and develop strategic plans to increase sell-out through official stores.
• Manage and optimize sales channels including Live Commerce, Affiliate programs, and Store Promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and creators/affiliates.
• Develop promotional programs, sales strategies, and marketing plans to support and increase reseller store sell-out.
• Plan and manage sales budgets effectively to maximize overall sales performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.
