Job summary

Madame Gie Cosmetics is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist (TikTok) to manage and optimize our TikTok Shop channels from our Jakarta Metropolitan Area campus. This on-site role coordinates product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory with internal teams to drive conversions and customer engagement.

You will analyze sales data, traffic, and campaign results to improve performance, monitor orders, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with marketing for live streams and content.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce knowledge, particularly TikTok Shop, including product listing and promotions.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data and campaign performance.
• Customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries and collaborate with teams.
• Sales mindset with ability to support upselling and cross-selling on digital channels.
• Experience in beauty or cosmetics e-commerce is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

The Ecommerce Specialist (TikTok) will manage and optimize Madame Gie’s TikTok e-commerce channels on a full-time basis. This on-site role, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, involves overseeing TikTok Shop operations, including product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination with internal teams. The specialist will analyze sales performance, traffic, and campaign results to improve conversion and customer engagement. Daily activities include monitoring orders, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with marketing for live streaming and content, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. The role also requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to meet revenue targets and strengthen brand visibility on TikTok.

Requirements

• Strong E-Commerce knowledge, particularly TikTok Shop, including product listing, promotion management, and platform best practices.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, campaign performance, and customer behavior and translate insights into actions.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams effectively.
• Sales mindset with the ability to support sales strategies, upselling, and cross-selling within TikTok and other digital channels.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG e-commerce is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social commerce, live streaming, and influencer or KOL collaboration is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
