Ideal candidates have a strong track record in e-commerce content, particularly in beauty, and a deep understanding of TikTok-driven performance content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in e-commerce content, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Proven experience creating content that contributes to high GMV or sales performance.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and performance-driven e-commerce content.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-converting scripts for TikTok and CPAS content.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, storytelling, and CTAs aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to develop and optimize content.
• Research trends and optimize content to improve engagement and drive sales.
