Hebe Beauty Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a creative content specialist to craft scripts and briefs for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and CPAS campaigns. You will develop hooks, storytelling, and CTAs aligned with brand objectives.

You will research trends, collaborate with marketing and KOL teams, and refine direction to boost engagement, awareness, and conversion. A bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in the same field.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Familiar with KOL campaigns, content marketing, and soft-selling content.
Creative, communicative, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Portfolio of scripts, content briefs, or campaign content is preferred.
Understanding of engagement metrics, CTA, and CPAS is a must.

Responsibilities

Create engaging scripts and content briefs for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and CPAS campaigns.
Develop creative concepts, hooks, storytelling, and CTA aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to create relevant and high-performing content.
Adjust content direction and writing style based on KOL/talent persona.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and KOL teams for content development and execution.
Review and revise storyline/script direction to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Support campaign ideation and contribute fresh content ideas based on current trends.
Ensure content delivers strong engagement, awareness, and conversion performance.
