Job summary

Hebe Beauty Indonesia is seeking a Social Media Specialist/Content Creator to lead a team of content creators, oversee content production, and develop scripts aligned with current trends and the brand's communication values. You will monitor brand sentiment and shape content based on competitive insights and market needs.

The role requires strong writing and editing skills, SEO awareness, and the ability to craft compelling copy with CTAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Business, or related fields). With relevant experience, as Social Media Specialist or Content Creator for at least 3-5 years in a relevant industry.
• Advanced writing and editing skills especially content-creating process and execution.
• Ability to come up with creative ideas, and detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO, ads booster.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and management skills also having the ability to solve problems swiftly

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of content creators and overseeing content creation for the brand.
• Create content scripts for the execution based on current trends and align them with the brand's communication value and its promotion.
• Monitoring both brand results and sentiment as well as the competitors' ideas for the next improvement and initiating the new content idea.
• Writing, editing, and publishing the content with correct copywriting, CTA, and high-level creativity.
• Working closely with the Brand Director, E-commerce team, Creative Team, and related positions that align with brand marketing and sales objectives.
• Together with the team to create and update content based on the brand's needs

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Communications/PR/Marketing
