Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in e-Commerce, creator operations, affiliate marketing, livestream commerce, campaign operations, category management, or related field.
• Experience leading a team or managing a complex cross-functional business portfolio.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian e-commerce, affiliate, creator, and livestream ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator-tier progression, livestream performance, and campaign contribution for the Top Creator portfolio.
• Develop portfolio strategies across categories, creator personas, and performance tiers.
• Identify high-potential creators and build structured plans to graduate them into top creators.
• Monitor creator performance, diagnose growth bottlenecks, and implement corrective action plans.
• Improve creator productivity through livestream duration, conversion, product assortment, traffic, and content optimization.
• Connect Top Creators with relevant brands, merchants, and hero products to unlock sustainable growth.
• Work with Industry and Account Management teams to secure competitive product offerings, inventory, pricing, vouchers, commissions, and campaign support.
• Develop strategic partnership and exclusivity programs for priority creators.
• Define commercial requirements, performance targets, incentives, deliverables, and governance mechanisms.
• Evaluate creator growth against relevant benchmarks, including merchant affiliates, other creator segments, and competing platforms.
• Convert data into clear business insights, priorities, and action plans for senior management.
