• 5+ years of experience in e‑Commerce or related fields.
• Experience leading a team or managing a cross‑functional portfolio.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian e‑commerce and livestream ecosystem.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator‑tier progression and campaign contributions for the Top Creator portfolio.
• Develop portfolio strategies across categories, creator personas, and performance tiers.
• Identify high‑potential creators and plan their graduation to top creators.
• Monitor creator performance and implement corrective actions.
• Improve creator productivity via livestream duration, conversion, and content optimization.
• Connect Top Creators with brands, merchants, and hero products for growth.
• Coordinate with Industry and Account Management for product offerings and campaign support.
• Develop partnership programs for priority creators.
• Define commercial requirements, targets, incentives, and governance.
• Evaluate growth against benchmarks and convert data into insights for senior management.
