Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead a large sales network across the region. You will drive business growth by setting strategic actions, coaching district leaders, and executing sales plans to maximize results.

In this role, you will negotiate with partners, schedule regular partner visits, and understand their business to identify opportunities. Your leadership will foster best practices across districts and deliver strong regional performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales and Marketing (preferred from multifinance or banking sector).
• Proven leadership of 200–500 team members.
• Strong market understanding in the region.
• Strong partnership and leadership skills.
