Pt Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our Tangerang team. The role involves in-person client engagement, relationship building, and driving sales within a defined territory to meet targets.

You will present solutions and demonstrate products to healthcare outlets and retailers in the region. The ideal candidate has a proven field sales record, excellent communication, and the ability to travel regularly within the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales or outside sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and CRM/relationship management.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory regularly.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field sales plans to achieve territory objectives.
• Identify and prospect new clients through in-person meetings and site visits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing in the field.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
