Job summary

Responsibilities

• : On-time preparation and submittal of quotations/tenders to customer.
• : Attend to customer technical and commercial meetings (pre-bid).
• : Download, organize, and distribute tender documents to stakeholders.
• : Maintain tender registers and track submission deadlines.
• : Coordinate tender document meetings and communication among departments.
• : Prepare bid submission packages and ensure completeness of bid documents.
• : Upload and submit bids through online procurement portals.
