Job summary

PT. Distributor Komponen Utama is seeking a diligent Tender Administrator to oversee end-to-end tender processes for government and private projects.

The role demands coordinating document preparation, vendor prequalification, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely submissions. The ideal candidate has at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in tender administration, strong Excel/Office skills, and solid English communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tender Administrator, Bid Administrator, Commercial Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the tendering process for government and private sector projects.
• Experience with tender portals such as SAP Ariba, SMART by GEP, PTK 007, or other e-procurement systems is an advantage.
• Familiar with preparing and managing commercial and administrative tender documents.
• Good understanding of vendor registration and prequalification processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tender development from kickoff to submission.
• Prepare, review, and organize commercial and administrative tender documents.
• Ensure vendor registration and prequalification materials are complete.
• Liaise with internal teams to collect required information and respond to clarifications.
• Monitor multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
