Job summary

PT Limin Marine & Offshore is seeking a Tender Manager (Shipping) to lead tender and bid processes for offshore support projects. Candidates should hold a bachelor degree in Naval/Marine Engineering or Business Management or Law, with at least 5 years in tender/bid management within offshore or oil & gas sectors, and be adept at interpreting TOR, SoW, and contract clauses.

Knowledge of PTK-007 and the ability to simulate vessel operating costs are valued; the company is expanding OSV operations

Qualifications

Barchelor Degree of Naval/ Marine Engineering, Business Management or Law

At least 5 years of experience in Tender/ Bid Management, specifically within the offshore, or oil & gas industries.

Possess sound knowledge of the technical and operational specifications of offshore support vessels (AHT, AHTS and Barge).

Proficiency in interpreting complex tender documents, including Terms of Reference (ToR), Scope of Work (SoW), and commercial contract clauses.

Understanding the PTK-007 regulation and its latest revisions.

Capable of preparing simulations of vessel operating costs (including fuel, mob-demob, insurance, and crew allowances).
