PT Multi Agung Sarana Ananda in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, seeks an accounting professional to ensure financial reports, cash flow journals, and bill payments are accurate, well-documented and compliant with company procedures.
You will prepare and analyze reports for management decision-making, maintain journals and balance sheets, and ensure cash flow is well organized. The role requires a D3 in Accounting and at least two years of relevant experience, with integrity and reliability.
Ensure financial reports, cash flow journals (outgoing/incoming) are well-organized, detailed, effective and verified accurately and precisely
Ensure bill payments are completed thoroughly by conducting proper checks and examinations of administrative documents in accordance with company procedures
Ensure financial reports are prepared accurately, analyzed rigorously and evaluated precisely as a basis for management decision-making
Ensure periodic and current creation of financial journal reports and balance sheets to properly document incoming and outgoing expenses
Ensure management and arrangement of financial management so that cash flow is well-organized and company finances are properly controlled
Responsible for arrangement and preparation of finances in accordance with company filing procedures

The Company was founded in 1998 and has grown to become a reputable company in the region for time charter vessels to support marine transport in Oil and Gas Industry and Marine Services. The Company supplies support vessels ranging from tug boats, landing craft, cargo ships, harbour tug, flat top barges, floating hotel barges, crane barges, chemical transport barges and other special purpose vessels.
In 2006, the Company experience significance growth after being trusted as reliable vessels supplier following its good track record and proven performance.
The Company started with 1 vessel in 1998 and and has grown up to 43 vessels. The Company owns and operates a fleet of 5 tugboats (including 1 fifi tug boat), 3 landing craft (including LCT for wireline), 7 oil based mud barges, 5 warehouse & cylo barges, 2 shuttle barge, 2 accommodation barges, 1 fuel barge for accomodation, 3 cementing barges, 8 waste barges, 1 floating dock and 1 self propelled stimulation barge. On top of these chartered vessels, there are 6 service boats to support the operation of chartered vessels. All of the vessel’s maintenance and safety specifications comply with either Bureau Veritas Standard, (BV), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Germanescher lloyd (GL) and Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI) Standard. The Company is also subject to regular audit by Indonesia’s transportation department, its clients, and related authorities.
Presently, the Company has grown to its subsidiaries operating in other maritime services in other regions including in Banyuwangi and Bali.
