Job summary

Alam Sutera Realty is seeking a Customer Service / Tenant Relations professional to manage tenant inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong tenant relations at our Tangerang area properties.

The role requires at least 1 year in a mall setting, strong communication skills in Indonesian and English, and a proactive, customer-service oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor degree in any major.
• At least 1 year of experience as customer service or tenant relations in mall.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken (Indonesian and English).
• Good critical and analytical thinking.
• Strong problem solving skill.
• Proactive and customer-service oriented.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang area.

Responsibilities

• Handling and resolving all complaints from tenants, maintaining relationships with tenants, and providing information to tenants about the building.

Qualifications

• - MIN. BACHELOR DEGREE IN ANY MAJOR
• - MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR WORKING EXPERIENCE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TENANT RELATION IN MALL
• - POSSESS A STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILL AND COMMUNICATION SKILL, BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN (BOTH IN INDONESIA AND ENGLISH)
