Job summary

PT. Scorex Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a motivated Telesales/Telemarketing professional to handle inbound and outbound calls, consult clients on financial solutions, and drive tailored offerings.

You will meet targets, maintain excellent client communication, and ensure data accuracy in the system. The ideal candidate provides strong sales skills, English proficiency, and ability to work both independently and with a team, using MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Target-driven with track record of achieving sales results.
• Strong sales skills and client facing abilities.
• At least 1 year in telesales/telemarketing, preferably in Finance/Fintech.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Good written and spoken English; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide client consultations.

This is a Telesales/Telemarketing position in the financial services industry, where you will handle inbound and outbound calls, conduct client consultations, and offer tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

Work according to targets and KPIs set by the company

Handle inbound and outbound calls and maintain professional communication with clients via telephone, chat, and email

Conduct consultations, analyse clients' financial conditions, and offer appropriate negotiation solutions

Follow up with clients until the completion process is finished

Record communication activities and client progress accurately in the company system

Provide excellent service and handle client questions and complaints professionally

Contribute positively to team performance and maintain a good work environment

Comply with company SOPs and maintain data confidentiality and company reputation

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

Accustomed to working with target systems and results-oriented

Very good sales skills

Preferred: minimum 1 year experience as Telesales/Telemarketing, particularly in Finance, Multifinance, or Fintech industries

Able to work individually and in teams

Good oral and written communication skills

High initiative and good work ethic
