Job summary

Ultra Voucher in Jakarta is seeking a telemarketing specialist to reach potential customers by phone, presenting our technology products and solutions. You will assess needs, propose suitable options, and log interactions in the CRM.

You will work with the sales and marketing teams to move prospects to customers, meet tight call targets, and contribute to ongoing product feedback for enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
